It began in 1993 with M.A. Applied History and B.Sc. Computer Science introduced as a separate stream of the college. These courses are unaided. As we cannot admit more students in the Aided courses, the economically well of students are admitted in the Self-supporting stream of the College. The class timings are from 1.30 to 6.30 p.m.

The UG students are required to complete 120 hours of community service and PG students visit villages and experience life at the grassroots level to prepare themselves to serve these underserved people in their future.
