Aug 23, 2018 · The plaque says that Harbhajan Singh was attached to the 23 Punjab when he was posted at the Himalayan heights of the Nathu La. The strategically important pass located 14,200 feet above sea level was the site of a very important battle in 1967 in which the Indian Army beat the Chinese and ensured that Sikkim remains a part of India.
