Location wise, Wellington Gymkhana Club is hard to beat! Its close to the market and Sim's park (2kms), and is beautifully landscaped between the hills with the golf course. However, service and cleanliness definitely take a beating and I guess that has something to do with the senior management. If you tip, you'll get top service.

The golf course nestled against the slope of terraced tea gardens, affording magnificent views of the Nilgiris, is an ideal place to spend time while visiting Coonoor. The recently opened restaurant, appropriately named."19th Hole by Hopscotch" serves food and liquor to walk in visitors.
