Sep 15, 2014 · ANDERS FOGH RASMUSSEN: Well, firstly, while it's clear that Russia has violated all its international commitments and has conducted illegal military actions in Ukraine, I don't think Russia poses an imminent threat to NATO Allies for the very reason that Russia knows that we have an Article 5 in our NATO Treaty that protects any Ally against attack. An attack on one would be an attack on the whole Alliance.
