Entertaining enough watch, but has to be one of the most confused movies I’ve ever seen, both in tone and story. Not much happens, and what does happens often has nothing to do with the story. There’s some great fun scenes and some funny jokes, but they seem mismatched with the drug plotline (that doesn’t develop at all until the last 20 minutes).
