That said, after years (probably about six years) of collecting, and listening to mixtapes, Little Brother's "The Chittlin' Circuit" is one of the very best. The beats are slick, smooth, and soothing. The entire mixtape is album quality (in terms of beat selection, lyrics, flow, etc;) and better than most rapper's studio albums.
