Short title and commencement:- (I) These rules may be called the Jammu & Kashmir Civil Services (Revised) Pay Rules, 201 8. (2) These rules shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of January, 2016 with effective date of implementation from 1st April, 2018. 2.
