If you try and use a paypal account for another country then you won't be able to verify it and if you do manage to receive funds the account will soon be limited and you may well lose said funds. Under 18's are not allowed a paypal account now and if they open one and lie about their age then as soon as they are asked to verify that account they will be found out and limited. Hello @tzemilesina1970 -. Thanks for reaching out and that is a great question! Once an account is closed, that information used on a new account you create without issue. So long as everything goes smoothly with closing the account, you can re-use the same email address, phone number, and financials.

If you maintain residences in 2 countries, you can have 2 PayPal accounts as long as only one is a Business account. To have an account in another country, you will need to hold a physical address within that country.

Apr 15, 2017 · Here's what happens: I click Sign Up. Select Business Account. Select standard. Enter email address. Upon clicking Next, I get a log in screen with my email address and password. I try entering the same email I entered in step 4 along with a new password and it says that some of the info is wrong, or words to that effect.
