About this movie. Becoming follows Alex (Toby Kebbell) and Lisa (Penelope Mitchell), a couple newly engaged and deeply in love. While on a road trip, they encounter an ancient evil force that chooses Alex as its new host and begins to slowly take over his mind and body, gradually transforming him into someone terrifying and violent.

Becoming is one of those movies you watch once and never think about it again, the acting is overall decent as well as some of the shots in the movie. What kills this movie for me is mostly the writing, for the first half of the movie it seems perfectly fine but then it falls into very familiar territory.
