  1. This is the new guest house of IIT Bombay. A pretty great addition to the current 2 namely van vihar and jal vihar. This is run privately and so the service is pretty great when compared to the others. The rooms are a tad bit smaller than its counterparts but this has a 1BHK studio as well but only reserved for visiting faculties.
