This is the new guest house of IIT Bombay. A pretty great addition to the current 2 namely van vihar and jal vihar. This is run privately and so the service is pretty great when compared to the others. The rooms are a tad bit smaller than its counterparts but this has a 1BHK studio as well but only reserved for visiting faculties.
True that the guest houses at IITB are extremely pocket-friendly and are known for their cosy atmosphere, but getting oneself booked for it is the greatest pain as they are rarely available and the procedure for the same is also too long!
