  5. The reasons I enjoyed this book: Easy and quick read Normally the nonfiction takes time to finish and the subject dealt will take one to take time complete the book. This book takes one to the tour on habits with much ease and the reader tends to enjoy (at least I enjoyed) with out getting bored The book is in three parts - one part deals with individual habits, another deals with the institutional habits and the final one on societal habits.
