VIU offers a full-time four-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree program (Option A), and a full-time 3 year PN to BSN Bridge-in Program (Option C). Option C is available only to licensed Practical Nurses. The same program/concept-based collaborative curriculum is also offered in partnership with North Island College (NIC) in Comox BC.
Vancouver Island University offers a variety of opportunities for Senior students. Seniors may apply to University programs as regular applicants and will be required to meet program admission requirements. Domestic students 65 years or older are entitled to free tuition for Academic undergraduate courses, space permitting.
