Hence, there are no restrictions on NEFT timings during banking hours, weekends, or public/bank holidays. The transactions are done in groups every 30 minutes throughout the day.

NEFT transactions after usual banking hours of banks are expected to be automated transactions initiated using 'Straight Through Processing (STP)' modes by the banks.
