Aspiring Secret Service agent Sam Simms (Sinbad) is none too happy when he discovers that he has been assigned to guard teenager Luke (Brock Pierce), the rambunctious son of the United States president (James Naughton). While Simms and Luke initially clash, they slowly form a friendship, particularly bonding over the young student's issues with a bully.
