Chandra Barot attempted to restart the film .Jackie Shroff first signed the film but was unable to shoot two songs in Kashmir due to being booked with Subhash Ghai's Karma. Jeetendra next was signed but he too left the film. Vinod was later resigned for the film.. Chandra Barot blamed Vinod for the film being delayed.
