The left margin is 1.5” to allow for binding. The title page should include the title of the screenplay and the author’s name and contact information.
This is the standard format for a screenplay (if you’re using a screenplay format template, make sure it follows these rules): Typeface – 12-point Courier font. Margins – left margin 1.5 inch, right margin 1 inch (or anywhere between 0.5 inches and 1.25 inches), ragged, and 1 inch for top and bottom margins.
