Lawrence Gordon (born in March 25, 1936) is an American producer and motion picture executive. He specializes on producing action-oriented films. His brother, Charles Gordon, is also a producer. Lawrence, along with Charles, produced the first two Die Hard movies (Die Hard and Die Hard 2). Producing career. He was once the president of Lawrence Gordon Productions, and at one time, Largo Entertainment. In 1994, he was promoted to president at the studio. [2] He won the Online Film Critics Society Award for Best Picture for his work on United 93. He was also nominated for a BAFTA for the same film.
Charles Gordon (May 13, 1947 – October 31, 2020) was an American film producer and brother to Lawrence Gordon. The Gordons were raised in a Jewish family in Belzoni, Mississippi.
