Sep 28, 2023 · My heartfelt advice: Stay on the path. Commit to another 90 days. Don't peak, don't allow yourself to fall back down the pixelated rabbit hole, and don't edge. I don't know what kind of lifestyle you live, but here is my advice (source: day 440 roughly): Start lifting weights and exercising, at least twice a week.
Dec 26, 2023 · 90 Days. I committed to 90 days sober, and I did it! My life has very much changed for the better. Less anxiety, fear, overwhelm, and procrastination. More confidence, peace, and proactivity. I was worried I might be tempted to smoke after I hit my goal, since having that goal was what got me through a lot of urges along the way.

May 10, 2024 · Just hit 90 days today and I feel great! I never thought this was possible. What started with a T-break, quickly turned into 30 days, then 60 and now 90 and honestly, I think I want to keep going.
