Dec 3, 2013 · How can I find out the _previous_ owner(s) of an IP address, not just the current owner? Is there a website that can provide the complete ownership history of an IP address, including the dates? I have some emails that are ten years old and I need to find out who the IP address belonged to back then, not who the owner is now. Thanks.
Mar 20, 2015 · No actually you can't..however you can contact Twitter about the threat. they will ban the account..tracing someones IP address takes some computer knowledge and the software to do so, but over twitter, twitter keeps the ip addresses private. you can't ask them for it. 3 posts • Page 1 of 1.
