James Broadwood Lyall, formally known as Sir James Broadwood Lyall KCSI, GCIE, was the Lieutenant Governor of Punjab, which was annexed by British East India Company in 1849 after Second Anglo Sikh War through Treaty of Lahore, from the year 1887 to 1892.
