Schroeter received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University in 1986. He received a Master of Science in Industrial Administration (equivalent to an MBA) degree from the Graduate School of Industrial Administration at Carnegie Mellon University in 1992.
