    • Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. That means, the overall best ride at Walt Disney World is…Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. Was there any doubt this is where we were going with the number one position?
    • Avatar Flight of Passage. Deciding between the #1 and #2 rides was extremely difficult, but ultimately we decided to put Avatar Flight of Passage in second place.
    • The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. For pure thrill rides, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror might be the best in Disney World. Disney Imagineering did everything right when designing this ride.
    • Pirates of the Caribbean. Pirates of the Caribbean is the quintessential Disney dark ride and a masterful job of storytelling. Even though this ride is decades old, it continues to captivate generations of guests over and over again.
    • Swiss Family Treehouse
    • Country Bear Jamboree
    • The Hall of Presidents
    • It's Tough to Be A Bug!
    • Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress
    • Triceratop Spin
    • The Magic Carpets of Aladdin
    • Walt Disney World Railroad
    • Turtle Talk with Crush
    • Prince Charming Regal Carrousel

There's nothing "wrong" with this attraction per se, but compared to all the exciting rides on this list, the Swiss Family Treehouse just can't compete.

Country Bear Jamboree is great if you need a break to sit in the air-conditioned theater, but there are better shows in the Magic Kingdom — although this one does offer a lovable dose of Frontierland nostalgia with some recently revamped versions of favorite Disney tunes.

See every president in audio-animatronic form at this educational attraction. While The Hall of Presidents might seem more suited to a museum than a theme park, the addition of the newest president always attracts visitors.

If bugs give you the creepy-crawlies, you'll want to skip this 3D show based on "A Bug's Life." Fans of the 1998 movie may enjoy seeing it come to life, but some kids might find this one a little dark and scary at times.

Disney devotees know that Walt himself came up with this attraction's concept, making it a piece of theme park history. The fan-favorite song "There's a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow" is a highlight of the nostalgic attraction about technological progress.

Similar to Astro Orbiter and Dumbo, this dino-themed spinning ride is pretty basic, so you may want to wait in line for the other attractions with classic appeal or great views.

Like TriceraTop Spin, this basic spinning ride is replicated at many theme parks, and other versions on property offer a bit more excitement. Watch out for the spitting camel!

This scenic ride around the park's perimeter is a pleasant way to get from land to land or rest while you take in the views from another perspective. However, if you're on a time crunch, it can be swapped in favor of a more exciting attraction.

Chat it up with "Finding Nemo"'s own totally tubular turtle, Crush, in a real-time, interactive show that kids will love. Even adults are guaranteed a few laughs at this innovative attraction.

This charming "Cinderella"-themed carrousel is an adorable addition to Fantasyland, but it's similar enough to other carrousels found at theme parks around the world, so your ride time can be better spent elsewhere in Magic Kingdom.

    • Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. 1313 Disneyland Dr, Anaheim, CA 92802, USA. The highlight of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, Rise of the Resistance is easily Disney’s most sophisticated and complex attraction.
    • Pirates of the Caribbean. Anaheim, CA 92802, USA. It's one of the most famous theme park rides—and it inspired one of the most successful movie franchises (whose characters were, in turn, incorporated back into the ride).
    • Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: Breakout. 1313 Disneyland Dr, Anaheim, CA 92802, USA. The Imagineers cleverly made over The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror and reopened it as Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: Breakout in 2017.
    • Haunted Mansion. 1313 Disneyland Dr, Anaheim, CA 92802, USA. Opened soon after Pirates of the Caribbean (although it was many years in the making), Haunted Mansion is another landmark Imagineering achievement.

Tiana’s Bayou Adventure Ride is based on Disney’s “The Princess and the Frog” film and replaced Splash Mountain at both Magic Kingdom and Disneyland.
