Palazzolo Acreide ( Sicilian: Palazzolu, in the local dialect: Palazzuolu) is a town and comune in the Province of Syracuse, Sicily (southern Italy ). It is 43 kilometres (27 mi) from the city of Syracuse in the Hyblean Mountains.
