May 19, 2021 · Ixelles is the best neighbourhood to stay in Brussels for short and long term trips. It’s close enough to the city centre to see all the main attractions in Brussels, but far enough away that you can enjoy a taste of local life. I stayed in Ixelles Brussels for a month and absolutely fell in LOVE with the area!
