It is the story of the cycle of abuse. Term note. Satoko Hojou is a victim of abuse. She was horrifically mistreated by the world until part of her broke. Satoko Hojou is an abuser. She is controlling, possessive and physically harmful towards the most important person in her life. Her actions make sense. The story is, as usual, well written.
Of course you don’t have to answer every question but I just want to see how everyone is enjoying Higurashi Gou so far! Here is my answer if you’re interested. In the last two weeks I finished Higu 2006 and I personally think the reference scenes were done quite well!
