Aug 29, 2022 · The fact that Dhoom came without any hype or hoopla turned out to be its foremost advantage. It helped people appreciate for what it was, sans any humungous expectations. Even as a story, Dhoom offered nothing out of the box. At best, it was a tale of a cop trying to catch a group of biker thieves.

Back in 2004, the idea of bringing a cop-thief story, a replica of Hollywood ideas in the form of Bollywood version was not thought of as a great idea. However, this Vijay Krishna Acharya script and Sanjay Gadhvi’s directorial had surprised the audience and the industry too.

Dhoom 3 is entirely Aamir Khan's film, the others try to keep up with the great actor from the sidelines. Aamir is really good in the movie, and adds his own level of class to this commercial film.
Synopsis. The story starts in the city of Mumbai, where a motorbike gang starts breaking into banks and other public places and vanishes onto the Western Express Highway. Assistant Commissioner of Police Jai Dixit (Abhishek Bachchan), a no-nonsense cop, is called onto the case.
