Jul 30, 2020 · Windows 10 only allows you to view PDF files using the Edge browser. To merge or combine PDF files, you'll need an app like Adobe Acrobat which have that function. DavidF2. Replied on May 11, 2011. Report abuse. You can group all the design elements together before you copy (or Ctrl + C) and paste (or Ctrl + V). If it is a whole page then just Edit > Select All (or Ctrl + A) and Arrange > Group All (or Ctrl + Shift + G). If you Group All before you copy then you can paste all the design elements at one time.
May 20, 2013 · What I have done so far ...1. highlighted both files 2. double-clicked to see them together in Preview. This is where I do not know what to do next. I have tried "save" but I don't have a merged document that I can find anywhere. Please advise. Or merge the original documents into one then create the PDF.

The built-in Microsoft Print to PDF application can combine multiple pictures into one multipage PDF file: Select the pictures in File Explorer, Right-click any of them, Select Print from the context menu. Select 'Microsoft Print to PDF' from the printer dropdown.
