Årslev is a town in central Denmark on the island of Funen. It was located in Årslev Municipality, until 1 January 2007 when it became part of Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality. The town has a population of 4,367 (1 January 2024). There is a train station (operated by DSB) and bus connections (operated by Fynbus) to Odense and Svendborg.

At the tip of the harbour district Aarhus Ø, Aarsleff is constructing the 142-metre-tall Lighthouse building in a design and build contract. With a production of more than 600 platforms, Aarsleff specialises in the execution of concrete working platforms for offshore wind turbines.
The crystal ball from Årslev is the only one of its kind in Denmark. Its origin in the Roman Empire would have made it an exotic object in the Iron Age society of the time. Very few people could write and decipher the Scandinavian runes.
