Suresh Chandra Menon was born on Thursday, 24 October 1957 (age 64 years; as of 2022) in Ponnani, Kerala, India. He did his schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Chennai. In 1977, Suresh graduated from a private institution, Loyola College, Chennai.

Suresh Chandra Menon worked in various television series. In 1997, he appeared in a Tamil language family drama television show named Doctors on Sun TV entertainment channel. In 2021, he acted in the TV serial Rajamannar Vagaiyara which was broadcasted on the Polimer TV channel. Suresh is playing the role of Dr. Krishna in a Tamil language family drama television series named Meera – Oru Puthu Kavithai.
Business
Suresh Chandra Menon has set up two restaurants, namely Crimson Chakra and Azzuri Bay in Chennai in 2010 and 2011 simultaneously. In 2009, he has also set up a double-decker houseboat in the backwaters of Kerala in Alleppey. He stated it was an enjoyable experience living on the houseboat.
He has also contributed his time to improving the roads of Chennai. He improved the condition of the Raj Bhavan roundabout by implementing new solutions.
