Marie Louise Gonzaga (Italian: Maria Luisa, Polish: Ludwika Maria, Lithuanian: Liudvika Marija; 18 August 1611 – 10 May 1667) was Queen of Poland and Grand Duchess of Lithuania by marriage to two kings of Poland and grand dukes of Lithuania, brothers Władysław IV and John II Casimir.
Marie Louise Gonzaga, daughter of Prince Charles Gonzaga-Nevers, was a queen consort of Poland and grand duchess consort of Lithuania from 1645 to her death in 1667. Two daughters of the house, both named Eleanor Gonzaga, became Holy Roman Empresses, by marrying emperors Ferdinand II of Germany and Ferdinand III, Holy Roman Emperor, respectively.

The princess Louise Marie de Gonzague became queen of Poland on her marriage in 1646 to Ladislas IV. After his death in 1648, she soon married his half-brother and successor John II Casimir. It was a rocky reign. One of the darkest periods in Polish history, the interval from 1648 until 1660 is traditionally known as the "Deluge."
