Mehdi Bakeri (Persian: مهدی باکری ; 1954 – 16 March 1985) was an Iranian military officer and prominent Iranian military figure in the Iran–Iraq War. [1] [2] He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tabriz and participated in the Iranian Revolution against the Shah.
