Rosamunde Pilcher’s best-selling novel, The Shell Seekers included scenes at Port Isaac, Padstow and St Michael’s Mount. The original television series starred Angela Landsbury as Penelope Keeling, with Vanessa Redgrave taking the role in the remake.
The Shell Seekers is a 1989 Hallmark Hall of Fame made-for-television drama film based on the 1987 novel of the same name by Rosamunde Pilcher and starring Angela Lansbury.
