Westerly is a town on the southwestern coastline of Washington County, Rhode Island, United States, first settled by English colonists in 1661 and incorporated as a municipality in 1669. It is a beachfront community on the south shore of the state with a population of 23,359 as of the 2020 census.

- Experience The Westerly Beach Bar Scene. Along Atlantic Avenue, where most of the beaches are located, you’ll find lots of options for beach bars. These are really fun places to visit when you need a break from the sun, and they all offer up great food, fun drinks and often, live music.
- Taste The Local Brews. Westerly has its own brewery, and guess what? It’s actually pretty awesome! During your visit, you’ll definitely want to plan to visit Grey Sail Brewing, and they have both a retail store, and a tap room with an awesome outdoor seating area.
