If all numbers get replaced with both wdEnglish.. and wdArabic.., it is clearly having no effect. It works for me as is, but maybe you need .Format = True (rather than False). Beyond that I think I would need to see the document to suggest much more.

Nov 28, 2020 · Now I open a new document start typing in Hindi using Mangal font. after being able to correctly type a few words , during typing the font automatically changed to Kokila the point to note is I did not change the font from Mangal to Kokila Microsoft word automatically keeps changing it without user intervention and it is very very irritating during typing font getting changed automatically.
