Click on new Vendor/MSME register. Fill the data in the next screen(Please ensure to select at least one expertise). Click on CREATE USER. PAN No will be the user id and password for the first time. Log in with your PAN no and change the password after first login.
Once your application is submitted on the GeM portal, you will receive User ID, Password and link on your primary email ID. On clicking this link it will take you to https://ritesva.com/ where you can login with the user ID and Password. In case the vendor does not receives the link, user id & password in Inbox, check in Spam mails.
