    Writer Kalki was the co-editor and editor-in-chief of the Anandavikatan weekly since 1931. Anandavikatan's chief S.S. Vasan refused to let Kalki continue at the magazine, fearing a backlash from the government for his participation in the Quit India Movement in 1941. With the help of his political mentor Rajaji, writer Kalki started Kalki magazine....
