Jul 10, 2023 · New Delhi: In May this year, Karnataka became the fifth state in a row where the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM), led by firebrand Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi, failed to open its account in the assembly election, losing both the seats it had contested.
AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi won by a margin of 338087 votes in the Hyderabad seat in Telangana.
