You can view your NPS Transactions in Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) shared by your Depository i.e. NSDL and CDSL. To add NPS Transactions in your CAS, Click Here.
Required documents to be sent to CRA on email ID - enps@proteantech.in within 7 days from date of transaction. For rectification/refund requests involving incorrect VID, required documents to be sent within 15 days from date of transaction.
The Nodal Office can access both CRA system (www.cra-nsdl.com) and NPSCAN system (www.npscan-cra.com) with the same User ID and I-PIN. The Nodal Office should maintain the confidentiality of the I-PIN.

Mar 15, 2017 · Access your NPS account. Along with the PRAN card, you are provided with I-PIN and T-PIN through which you can access your pension account via internet or telephone, respectively. You can also see your Statement of Transaction (SOT) by logging through your I-Pin at https://cra-nsdl.com/CRA/ as shown in the image below.
