Answer. Bismillah. Al-jawab billahi at-taufeeq (the answer with Allah’s guidance) There is no Shar’ee basis to use the number 786. It is not preferable either. Also, 786 in no way represent Bismillaah al-Rahmaan al-Raheem’ and is not the Sunnat way. CAN NUMBER 786 REPLACE THE HOLY NAME OF GOD?
