  4. Mulbekh monastery is a must stop on the Srinagar- Leh highway about 45 Km from Kargil on way to Leh. It’s a 9 ft Buddha of the future statue carved on stone and right on the highway. Certainly worth a stop with the statue on one side and a cafe on the other.
