5-Year Dual Degree (B.Tech. + Master of Science/Master of Technology) The Dual Degree Programme is a 5-year (10 Semesters) Programme. On successful completion, the students are awarded a B.Tech. degree in Engineering Physics and a Master of Science/ M.Tech. degree in one of the following four postgraduate streams:
Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) is a government-aided institute and deemed university for the study and research of space science, located in Thiruvananthapuram, India. IIST was set up in 2007 by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) under the Department of Space, Government of India.
IIST is an autonomous institute under the Department of Space, Government of India, offering undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate programmes in space-related fields. It has a scenic campus near Thiruvananthapuram, and collaborates with ISRO, DOS and international partners for research and education.
IIST Admission Rank List Published. UG admission is based on JEE Advanced Score. The category of a candidate as entered in the JEE (Advanced) 2024 database will be final and shall remain the same for IIST Registration and IIST Rank List. Requests for change of category will NOT be entertained.
