All the bookings and payments of Holiday Homes and TOH are done online through the eSampada website and mobile app. The bookings are done on ‘first-come, first-serve’ basis subject to fulfilment of prescribed eligibility, time limit and payment of booking charges, etc.
Login to eSampada with registered mobile / email. After submitting application, it will be forwarded to your Admin Office for Online Approval. After Online approval from your Admin Office, application will be forwarded to the concerned Allotment Section in Office of Directorate of Estate.

Applicants are required to fill up login ID request form in the Automated System of Allotment in eSampada of website of the Directorate of Estates (www.gpra.nic.in / www.estates.gov.in). On filling up of this form an ID and a password is generated and displayed on screen and subsequently is sent to the applicant through email or SMS.
