Jul 16, 2024 · The Yamuna Expressway Authority (YEIDA) has announced an expected launch of a scheme that will enable the allotment of over 3000 new plots along the Yamuna Expressway. The scheme will be launched during Navratri 2024, and the plots will be located in the Authority's second and third phases.

Mar 5, 2024 · On November 18, 2022, the Yamuna Expressway authority introduced a mixed land use plot scheme for land parcels of over 40,000 sq m in Sector- 24 of Greater Noida. YEIDA has leased five plots ranging about 40,000-52,000 sq m for commercial projects with industry as a core activity and awarded a Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of up to two.
The scheme document is applicable for allotment of Institutional Plot Scheme plots in the areas identified by Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (herein referred as ‘YEIDA’ or ‘Authority’ or ‘Lessor’).
