A margin pledge is a collateral in the form of securities accepted by intermediaries to receive funds for margin trading. You will need to confirm the Margin Pledge instruction using OTP received on your registered mobile number or registered email ID.
Securities held in a depository account can be pledged/hypothecated to avail of loan/credit facility. Pledge of securities in NSDL depository requires that both the borrower (pledgor) and the lender (pledgee) should have account in NSDL depository.

You would have recieved a link from NSDL on the e-mail id / mobile number linked to your demat account. Click on the link, to authenticate the request on the NSDL webpage. You will be prompted to enter your PAN or Demat a/c no.
