ABOUT US. Our Founder, Dr. Chevalier PMJF.Ln.N.R.Dhanapalan, had the vision and felt the need for the rehabilitation through integration for orphaned and destitute children under one roof in 1994. At present we accommodate nearly 60 children both boys and girls in total with the age group of 5 to 18. Present staff is 15 nos.
We work in the states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Maharashtra with a population of 1 million servicing low-income households and homeless people through a range of approaches that include hospital-based care, housing in rural and urban neighbourhoods and community clinic-based mental health solutions. SERVICE HOMES. Widows, deserted wives, economically backward women and girls rescued from child marriage who are neglected by their families are taken care of in the Service homes. Seven Government Service Homes, one each at Chennai, Salem, Cuddalore, Thanjavur, Tirunelveli, Sivagangai and Krishnagiri are functioning in Tamil Nadu.
