Aravind Adiga is an Indian author and a journalist. In 2008, his first novel, The White Tiger, won the Man Booker Prize for fiction. Aravind Adiga did his initial schooling at Canara High School and St. Aloysius College, Mangalore. When Adiga was 15 years old his mother died of cancer.
