Abdul Hameed Muhammed Fazil (born 4 February 1949), known mononymously as Fazil, is an Indian film director, film producer, screenwriter and actor who works in Malayalam cinema, in addition to directing a handful of Tamil films.
Fazil is a filmmaker who has worked on 36 films as a writer, 31 as a director, and 9 as a producer. He is known for his acclaimed works such as Manichithrathazhu, Poove Poochudava, and Killer.
