I'm trying to figure out if claim reduction is additive, because if it is 0 network cost is possible with monuments which would let you claim every province you can see immediately.

Mar 16, 2023 · While they as far as I know, have never really stated the project was cancelled, seeing how many of the animations and even map ideas that seemed to be the precursor to maps like Customs and Factory that existed in the small trailer of Russia 2028, that were implemented into Tarkov and kept for years, I'd imagine they silently just cancelled it and put that work into Tarkov itself, and will try to do some weird overly ambitious attempt to shift Tarkov's narrative into being Russia 2028 ...
Jan 31, 2014 · Russia on the other hand has, as far as a Google search could provide me, similar pronunciation to the English. Even so, the word Prussia is theorized to have originated from the slavic Po-Rus ("The Land near Rus") so it's safe to say that yeah, they're related in that sense.
In Russia there are the so-called "Putin's May Decrees of 2018" on increasing the salaries of state workers (teachers, sciencists, etc.) to 200% of the average regional salary. They are not executed fully in every organization due to the lack of money, but I am lucky - I work in a well-funded organization.
