An RSA SecurID token is a hardware device or software-based security token that generates a 6-digit or 8-digit pseudorandom number, or tokencode, at regular intervals. When the tokencode is combined with a personal identification number (PIN), the result is called a passcode.
Here is an overview of how users register their iOS, Android, or Windows devices with the RSA Authenticate app. A user can install the RSA Authenticate app on only one device. For a list of supported browsers and devices, see Cloud Authentication Service User System Requirements.

Sign into My Page. If your token appears on My Page as already registered, click Activate next to it. If your token is not listed, select SecurID hardware token from the drop-down list, and click Register. Follow the on-screen instructions. You might be asked to enter the serial number from the back of your token, as shown.
