Dec 29, 2015 · Thenali (Kamal Hassan) is a man who fears anything and everything. Dr. Panchabhootham (Delhi Ganesh) and his assistant (Ramesh Khanna), who are the doctors treating Thenali, are jealous of a relatively junior doctor Dr. Kailash (Jayaram) getting all the media attention.

Thenali (Kamal Hasan) suffers from severe Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). His doctors who are unable to cure Thenali of his mental illness, send him over to Dr. Kailash's (Jayaram) for therapy. Thenali hijacks the doctor's vacation in hopes of getting better. The reluctant doctor lets him tag along.
